01. General

Most brochure websites go live in four to six weeks. Larger builds — e-commerce, custom web apps or multi-language sites — usually run eight to fourteen weeks. After the discovery call we send a milestone schedule so you know exactly what lands when.

Yes. Roughly half of our clients are overseas. We work across time zones with scheduled weekly calls, a shared project board and asynchronous updates so nothing stalls while you sleep.

You do — completely. Domain, hosting, source code, design files and all accounts are transferred to your ownership at handover. We never hold your assets hostage.

02. Pricing & Process

It depends on scope, but we always quote a fixed price before any work begins. Small business sites typically start in the lower range, while custom platforms are scoped individually. You will never receive a surprise invoice.

A short brief on your goals, your logo and brand assets if you have them, and any content you already own. If content is a bottleneck we can write and source it for you.

Yes. The standard split is 40% to begin, 40% at design approval and 20% before launch. Retainer clients are billed monthly.

03. Support & Maintenance

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for fixes and small tweaks. After that you can move to a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, security monitoring and content changes.

Often, yes. We start with a short technical audit to check the code quality and hosting setup, then give you an honest recommendation — improve what exists, or rebuild.

Every handover includes a recorded walkthrough plus written documentation, and we run a live training session for your team at no extra cost.
